When will my order ship?
• Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom shirt orders take anywhere from 1-1.5 weeks for up to 5 tees. More than 5 custom tees take up to 2 weeks to make. Most of the time it is sooner, just be prepared for the average wait time. Feel free to message us! We also really appreciate when you leave a note at checkout with the date you need your order by.
Can I get it faster?
• You have the option to upgrade to priority or express shipping at checkout. This means that you are upgrading your shipping method with USPS, not rushing your order with our shop. If you are ordering a week before an event, we STRONGLY recommend upgrading. And please leave us a note at checkout with the date you need your order delivered by.
• Need it sooner? Check out our ready-to-ship items here. This is our inventory that is in stock, made and ready to ship the same or next business day.
I put in the wrong shipping address. Help!

Is my order guaranteed to ship on time?
• Due to the substantial increase in orders in the last 6 months, we are doing everything we can to have our ninjas get orders made and shipped as fast as humanly possible. We really work our buns off to get big & little tees delivered to your doorstep in 5 days, but sometimes we may get behind if we have a massive amount of orders all at once. If this is a concern, please let us know in the message box at checkout and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Custom orders with personalized designs and/or names can NOT be refunded or exchanged. This includes if your clothing item does not fit, so please pay attention to the brand of tee and sizing chart. If you ordered an item that has not been personalized and you need a refund or exchange, please email us within 72 hours of delivery. We will not take refunds or exchanges after 3 days of delivery. (We're an online store- we want to be sure that the items we get back have not been worn for resale, because let's face it, that's gross. We check all items before adding them back into the inventory.)
If you need to return an item, please mail it back to our warehouse. We do not provide shipping return labels, but will ship the new item free of charge.
